Journey On Exercise

I enjoy these types of exercises that involve the mind and breathing. This is a great demonstration of the power of our minds and how the mind affects the body. As I followed the prompts from the exercise I could feel the shift in blood flow to my arms and hands and the warmth associated with the blood flow shift. After completing the exercise I feel relaxed and calm, yet energized and ready for the rest of my day.
